Get in contact with Joe Trimmer at Ball State and tell him you spoke with me.
 He will tell you about our wcenter that he visited.  I can probably
recommend some good books, including NCTE's The High School Writing Center:
Establishing and Maintaining One.  Also, NCTE's Intersections deals with
Theory and Practice.  Since I have directed two different hs wcenters, I
think that those would be the two books I would recommend.  Give me a call at

more specific info.
