I am coming in on the tail end of the discussion on secondary school
writing centers, but I am extremely interested in them.  I am an
undergraduate tutor majoring in Secondary English Ed., and my director
and I are talking about a possibility of me writing a proposal for a
writing center in the school I have been assigned for my student teaching
this spring.  I would like as much information as anyone can offer on this
type of proposal.
