     I'm surprised that no one has mentioned "The Dangling Modifier," the
newsletter launched last month by PennState tutors at the peer tutoring
conference in Birmingham.  It's a national newsletter by and for peer
tutors, and they did a terrific job with the first issue.  They plan to publish
twice a year and hope to pass the publication duties from one writing center
to another.
     I don't think they would mind my passing on their address if people
want more information.  Paul Little (a tutor) is the person to contact about
submissions for the second issue.
