How do I reset my password using the eRaider Password Reminder?

Step 1:

If you lose or forget your password and have a password reminder set you can reset your password by going to http://www.eraider.ttu.edu. You will be presented with the following screen:

Step 2:

Forgot Password: Click on the link that says "Forgot password?". This will open the eRaider Account Manager Password Reminder window. (Proceed to Step 3)

Forgot Username: Click this to retrieve your eRaider Username.

Step 3:

You will now have to type in the following :

  • Social Security Number in the form (123456789)
  • eRaider Username
  • Birth date
Now click on the "Next" button.

Step 4:

Answer the Password Reminder question to continue. The answer to the Password Reminder question is not case-sensitive. However, it DOES recognize spaces, so you must enter the answer now in the same way that you entered it when you first set up the Password Reminder. Click Next after you have answered the question.

Step 5:

You can now pick a new password. After the password has been picked, click the "Set Password" button.

Note: If you pick a computer generated password, you MUST manually type it in. Also, you will not be presented with the password again, so you must remember the password you entered. After the password has been chosen, click Set Password.

Step 6:

You must confirm on the next screen that you want to set the new password for the changes to take effect by clicking Set Password again.

Step 7:

It may take up to 5 minutes for the new password to become active on all eRaider services.
