Animal Sciences

Clinton Alexander, Animal Science Doctoral Student and AT&T Chancellor's Fellowship Recipient. His research emphasis is to determine the differences in Escherichia coli between types of cattle - with the focus at the consumer level being placed on natural or organic products. His project will help to validate if either group (natural or conventionally produced beef) is more prone to shedding pathogenic bacteria than the other.
