- Develops hiring process improvements
- Assists applicants and hiring managers
- Answers questions
- Assists hiring managers with recruitment advertising

- Coordinates all ERS insurance and TRS/ORP/TSA/Texa$aver retirement programs
- Conducts new employee Benefit Orientation programs
- Issues temporary ID cards
- Provides pre-retirement counseling.
Compensation
- Administers the university’s pay plan
- Compensation policies and FLSA regulations
- Conducts position audits
- Assigns position classifications
- Prepares and maintains position descriptions
- Participates in compensation surveys
- And reviews payroll authorizations
Records/Systems
- Administers all leave policies and programs excluding FMLA/SLP
- maintains all hard copy and electronic personnel data
- receives completed I-9/New Employee packets
- employment verifications

- Turnaround forms
- Unemployment Compensation claims
